If you are not satisfied with our products, drop us an email at enquiry@naturcarebeaute.com.my within 14 days of receipt to get a full refund. 

**14 day money back guarantee is only applicable to the customer's first purchase on our website.  

Due to hygiene & safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges and returns. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. 

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense - (excluding situations of damaged/faulty items).

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective/incorrect item, please send us an email at enquiry@naturcarebeaute.com.my and we will make the necessary arrangements with you and send a replacement to you.
